Arctern is hiring for Lead HR Business Partner with:
Min 8 Years of experience in US Employment.
Follow investigation protocol. Gather all facts, investigate witnesses. Use independent judgment on follow up questions and additional investigation measures. Provide a summary of findings to the HR Director. Deliver findings of investigation based upon outcome.
Respond to inquiries via email or phone in an immediate manner
Handle investigations timely and keep parties informed. Supporting the business needs of user group to create business solutions to best support the Company's operations. Lead a department (HR Generalist and HR Coordinator), ensure department functions are fulfilled and deadlines are met.
Understanding of US employment law as it relates to harassment, discrimination, protected classes and ADA.
Knowledge of Human Resource principles.
