Position Description: As a key member of the HR regional team this position will report to the Country Head HR and collaborate with regional/ global HR colleagues and site managers. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge to solve business issues. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Should have preferably worked in an MNC and managed an employee strength of 500+ Capacity for Complexity • Worked in dynamic, often ambiguous, fast-paced environments, anticipate respond and resolve escalated operating challenges. • Enforcing corporate policies and monitoring activities to ensure that policy objectives are met • Conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipeline to staff and build workforce capability. (e.g., selection, assessment, development, succession) • Actively partner, coach & develop managers. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management). • Execute on delivery of HR initiatives for the BU/Function. With guidance will balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements. • With guidance, implement change management, communication and engagement strategies within the BU/Function. • As required, support HR projects, programs, processes and initiatives. • Drive the implementation of key people initiatives - Focal programs, Employee survey analysis and report out • Working through employee lifecycle - New hire engagement & assimilation, manage employee queries on policies/clarify processes, Performance management, Exit discussions • Addressing employee concerns, getting a pulse from team, Evangelize new or enhancements to HR programs • Headcount reporting & management. Conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rollouts • Proactively review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend improvements to business efficiency and performance Temperament: • Strategic thinker and problem solver, with strong analytical skills, passion for data integrity and forward thinking • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on a regional, global, and/or virtual basis. • Strong team player with proven team skills • Strong service orientation to 'internal customers'; Drives results and is solution-oriented. • Demonstrated personal leadership skills & relationship management with senior executives: influencing, collaboration, communication • Multi-tasker with solid time management and organizational skills; comfortable with a high pace environment with competing multiple priorities. • Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to details and ability to develop creative solutions to problems and continuously improve systems and processes. • Maintains absolute integrity, tact, sensitivity, and confidentiality both personally and among staff members.
