This role will act as liaison between the talent acquisition, human resources, internal communications, and marketing teams with a focus on recruitment of strong talent, implementing innovative tactics that are scalable, measurable and customizable as the company grows.

Responsibilities:
• Support the relaunch of Conduent's career site, jobs.conduent.com, as it transitions to a new platform supplier
• Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy utilizing Conduent's social channels and the company's partnerships with global partners such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Partner seamlessly with the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition team on day-to-day recruitment tactics, long term strategies and support
• Partner with Internal Communications team to develop and roll out a strategy that improves and manages Conduent's perception in the talent marketplace primarily with partners such as Glassdoor.
• Collaborate with the on web and social team on page management for FB Conduent Careers and integration of talent related posts into the feeds for Corporate pages
• Integrate seamlessly with Conduent's various global partners in the areas of social media, job boards, applicant tracking systems, etc.
• Build Conduent's social response strategy to critical comments on social platforms specific to talent retention and acquisition including exit and interview process, local site feedback, etc.
• Monitor recruitment best practices across the social landscape especially in the B2B and Services space identifying opportunities for beta consideration and tactic testing
• Ensure all stakeholders are abreast of any challenges and successes encountered in a timely manner through a comprehensive measurement and communications plan
• Provide budget oversight and accountability for any paid investments being made by individual business and Talent Acquisition teams adhering to all accounting, procurement, treasury and invoicing systems and processes within Conduent
• Partner with the Brand/Design team to facilitate the development and review of creative assets for various talent marketing initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment marketing and campaign analytics
• Recruitment marketing experience preferred
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with file sharing systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet and MS Teams
• A willingness to embrace change and experiment with new ideas
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of projects in a cross-functional environment as well as the ability to multi-task in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work independently and with various levels of management across the company
• Proficient in English with the seamless ability to read, write, converse and speak the language in the same manner as a native speaker
