Ensure timely issuance of letters
Transfer management- issuing TO orders issuance/ release/joining
obtaining approvals
Coordinate with resource , HRs & Sites for
Leave / attendance management
Approvals
Query Management
Stop Salary & Payroll inputs
Benefit management and approvals support for - Company Lease/ Mileage etc
Checking eligibility & Approving as BPHR
Guiding & query resolution
Supporting Performance Management Process
Mass Communication / Individual communication/Followup on life stages of PMS
Organising MVGs, Functional MVG – Finalising
Promotion interviews
Reward working/Checking
Release of promotion/increment letters
Medical support -AHC/ Insurance/Domiciliary etc
Mass/Individual Communication to staff on AHC/Insurance/Domicialiary
Help the employee avail these benefits
Separation management- F&F and other closure processes
Provide inputs to Payroll
Help staff process through Myzone
Help employee complete formalities
