Employee Relations
- Develop ER strategy to ensure no impact on the Brand
- Develop ER strategy to reduce / eliminate influence of unions
- Review existing protocols and practices on management of ER Cases
- Ensure weekly tracking of all open ER cases along with Regional SPOCs
- Lead POSH and Values related enquiries and ensure compliance as per policy
- Review all Labour and S&E compliance reports monthly and build mitigation / action plan
- Proactively identify risks / changes in regulations which will impact business and discuss mitigation plan
- Build ER knowledge and skills in HR team, through training and certification.
Business Partnering
- Responsible for execution of all employee life cycle processes.
- Responsible for employee engagement / Attrition targets.
- Partner with business on building solutions (e.g. changes in structure and roles, organization design, incentive schemes etc.) in order to drive higher business performance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in respective teams / functions.
- Timely resolution of grievance / values / POSH complaints"
