Determine the cause of technical failure
Follow-up on all network related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Implement, conduct and coordinate the smooth operation, repair, maintenance of network and technical equipments
Make frequent field visits and assure that all facilities are functioning properly and measures are being taken to correct any deficiencies
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints within the set time limit
Determine equipment needed for repairs and replacement of defective components
Operation and maintenance of the HFC network. (Nodes, Amplifiers, Active device, Passive device)
Network expansion or Up gradation.
Recover the company assets from the customer and field as required by the company.
Submit Installation and Cabling reports. Fill up the required ISO formats for the work done on a regular basis.
Co-ordinate with the O & M team for the OFC related issues when required
Installation and commissioning of CATV / Digital / Data drops to customers in the set Time limit

The business is broadly divided into Cable Television and Broadband Services. The Cable TV services comprise of Digital Cable Television Services which include other VAS such as HD services, near video on demand (NVoD), gaming and local content.
The Broadband Service caters to the Home & Corporate segments. The home segment subscribers can access the broadband services by using DOCSIS technology, whereas the corporate segment subscribers can access highspeed internet by using fibre to their premises (FTTX).
