Doing audit of petty cash vouchers on weekly basis.
Verification of Employee Salary Statement on monthly basis, like PF & ESIC, bonus, gratuity, OT etc.
Checking Indents, quotation and purchase order of suppliers.
Verification of traveling bills of executive and area sales representatives as per their eligibility.
Verification of transporters and contractors bills.
Conducting store audit as per Audit plane report.
Verification of physical stock with book store and prepare reconciliation report.
Conducting Inventory audit as well as operation audit on same time.
Making incentive report of store staff on the basis of Target and Achievements.
Note : Only Mumbai based candidates will be preferred.
