JOB DETAILS
Designs and executes quality assurance framework - acting as process owner for all quality assurance deliverables
Provides inputs to main process improvement initiatives and initiates new ones, including automation and robotization of the processes
Reviews CPI & SLA data to identify areas of improvement, continuously drives green status in coordination with delivery teams
Ensures that compliance framework is built, maintained and executed
Co-leads all internal and external audits
Is up-to-date with regulatory requirements and translates them into process requirements
Actively participates in processes design and/or transformation
Provides daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports related to this scope of work
Designs and delivers regulatory/compliance trainings to delivery team members
Encourages co-operative team-working across the business
Primary Skills
Manage the process and regulatory compliance of the service delivered to the client in all HR areas in scope
To drive Innovation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives basis performance data, VOC, etc.
Secondary Skills
