Job description Who will you work with and What will you do? The Associate HR will play an important role in building and strengthening the HR Operations activities with seamless and timely delivery. The position involves a high degree of attentiveness and responsibility and involves close collaboration with stakeholders with HR team and business teams. The role requires a strong communicator with a sharp eye to detail and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with influence and a steady commitment to deliver results within the stipulated timeframe. Objectives and Responsibilities Accomplish business objectives and KPIs defined for the organization by managing the following department functions in coordination with the HR team Appointment letter management Execution of Joining formalities Issuing employment documents and letters to employees Maintaining employee records and HR-MIS Coordination and issuing meal card to employees Handling employee queries Assisting stakeholders in Employee Engagement initiatives Assisting in employee transfer and separation activities Qualifications Graduate / Post-graduate with 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations activity. Should be proficient in written and oral communication. Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) Should be a team player, quick learner and Positive attitude. Non-Technical Requirements It is essential that you have excellent English skills and are well-versed at making yourself understood through fluent spoken and written business communication. Furthermore, it is vital that you enjoy collaborating with other talented colleagues in the team, are sensitive to their ideas, but also take the onus to make your opinions heard. You must be communicative, good at understanding others and have an unpretentious approach. While possessing the ability to focus on the larger picture, you should be ready to take responsibility for your team's results.
