JOB DETAILS              
The incumbent will be responsible for daily Contract Labour related activities such as maintenance of attendance records, initiating pre-joining medical, safety training and completion of joining formalities. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining discipline amongst contractors and contract labour at entry point in coordination with Security Dept. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance of Statutory Labour Compliance (online and offline) for regular employees at Navi Mumbai Plant and Head Office before the due date. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all contractors / third party payroll vendors comply with the Statutory Labour compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity and maintain evidences in the form of Challans, ECR etc.. The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of Monthly Contract labour mandays. The incumbent will responsible for filing of Contract labour RC, Annual returns under various Labour Laws. The incumbent will be responsible for providing basic ground level support for various HR Projects. The incumbent will be responsible for preparation and maintaining Employee Data and HRIS. Candidates having minimum Bachelors Degree in any stream. Should have minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in handling labour compliance, contract labour management, generalist HR function The candidate should be well versed with Advanced Excel The candidate should have knowledge of Knowledge of Statutory Labour Compliance such as PF,ESIC,PT,MLWF and HR function.
