Role Summary - The incumbent shall be responsible for development & implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Godrej Industries (Chemicals Division).
Your Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc.
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
5. Onboarding and Documentation of new joinees.
6. Weekly and Monthly MIS Updation.
