Employee Engagement
- Support in Employee Engagement and development practices
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (attrition, resignations, retentions)
Training and Development programs
- Assist to identify training needs and plan the training programs.
- Planning and handling Freshers training at all locations
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees
- Issuance of various types of HR Letters Offer, Appointment, Promotion, Confirmation, Increment, Bonafide etc.
- Handle employee Onboarding / Complete Exit formalities.
- Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.
- Managing task relating to Systems, Software, Insurance, Clearance etc
- Implement Employee Verification process
DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE
- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles and hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Enhances the organizations human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Support the company's business objectives.
- Should have knowledge of various HR functions.
