As a HR Associate , you will be primarily involved in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, creating strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.
What you will do:
Coordinating and partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determining selection criteria
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Calling the candidates andcommunicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Leading employer branding initiatives
Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Maintaining complete confidentiality of all HR-related information
Continually working with different departments to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies
Required Candidate profile
What you need to have:
Proven work experience as an HR associate with 2-3 years in core recruitment
Moderate calling involved
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
