WHAT YOU’LL DO
The individual will be a member of Alumni Relations & Career Services and shall report to the Manage- HR.
The individual is responsible for driving and executing programs including Career Services and Alumni program for the Consulting team, to ensure that the firm's current and future human resources requirements are met in accordance with the firm's people strategy.
The individual will be the brand custodian, reflecting the values in engaging and enhancing the knowledge and skills in the firm. The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Alumni Relations
Designing and executing a range of activities including networking events, direct mail, social media campaigns and other ad hoc projects
On-boarding new alumni members and managing their subscription/data on the contactmanagement system
Publish newsletters on a half-yearly basis & Birthday greetings to Alumni
Alumni database management
Career services
Extend support to all consulting staff who exit & ensure that exit processes are followed for allConsulting staff
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders (partners and clients) to coordinate the open positions andprovide leads to transition candidates in timely manner
Manage all documentation/ administrative requirements for all exiting candidates
Perform regular check-ins with transition candidates.
Create monthly MIS and attrition
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Full Time post graduate in Human Resource from a Premier institute
1-3 years relevant HR experience
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Used to working in an international environment
An ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task on different projects under tight time frames, as well as translate large, complex issues into effective work plans.
A high sense of perceptiveness and diplomacy is required, need to know how to navigate towards the best balanced solution for BCG and the stakeholders
Must possess excellent analytical abilities as well as strong relationship-building skills.
Enjoy the role of, and excel in being a change facilitator and continuously drive towards better processes and structures supporting the long-term goal.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Must demonstrate responsiveness and service orientation in responding to all constituents
