JOB DETAILS
1) Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs etc.), social media, and referrals.
2) Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position and the company culture.
3) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the Recruitment Process.
4) Coordinate with the hiring, managers, and schedule interviews.
5) Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and provide insights on key HR metrics.
6) Build and maintain HR data models and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
7) Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build the company's employer brand.
8) Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
9) Collaborate with the HR team on other HR initiatives, such as employee engagement, onboarding, and Retention.
10) Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.)
11) Experience working with HR data and HR information systems (HRIS).
12) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
13) Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
This role will be a one year contractual role.

Headquartered in Mumbai, GNO has seven manufacturing locations (Mora near Mumbai, Nagpur, Bangalore, Tirupati, Halol, Himachal Pradesh and Bhutan) and 12 sales offices across the country. Himachal Pradesh Abrasives site for manufacture of Thin Wheels and Coated Discs commenced commercial production in May’08. Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials Bhutan Pvt. Ltd., a majority owned joint venture with a local partner in Bhutan, has set up a plant to produce 13000 tons of Silicon Carbide (SiC).
