Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
Source the profile and schedule the interviews for internal hiring.
Support the HR Team to implement the end to end recruitment and selection process.
Involves into the induction or employee orientation program.
Assist the HR team to implement the policies and procedures in the organization.
Involves into India and USA HR activities.
Request the management to Issue the Offer letters, Agreement of Employment, Employee Verification Letters for Employees.
Collect the required documents from employees and save them into the folders structured by the management.
Update the Employee Handbook, Organization Chart periodically.
Review & Update Employee Details.
Review Visa Expiry dates for Employees and Contractor.
Collecting Invoices from Employers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
0 to 1 year of experience as junior HR Executive.
Candidates Should be Flexible to working in US Timings.
Responsible for the assigned duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail oriented and flexible for the daily activity and task.
