Roles and Responsibilities
1. Require HR Associate, who has 1.5+ years of experience in Human resource, preferably in IT
2. Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
3. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Conducting On board and exit formalities
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
8. Screening, sourcing the incoming resumes and application forms
9. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
10. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
11.Proven work experience as an HR Associate.
12.Preferred female candidate
Qualifications
MBA in HR
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
