1. Identify company needs, understand preferred qualifications and source leads from different portals
2. Source for full-time and part-time requirements of the company
3. Create, review and update relevant hiring mechanisms for different positions
4. Conduct interviews, perform background checks, contact references and select applicable candidates
5. Understand and arrange training for employees
6. Manage leaves & payroll and procure benefits for employees
7. Assist in proposing and implementing key employee-related policies
8. Ensure smooth implementation of the appraisal process
9. Maintain employee morale in the company
10. Liaise with employees to understand their concerns and needs
11. Onboard new employees, provide devices, process paperwork and maintain all relevant HR documentation with respect to the company and the employees

Walnut Knowledge Solutions is a Bangalore-based educational company that aims to bring about curiosity and awareness among children and adults through the use of questions and storytelling. We are trying to solve primary issues of education such as motivation, general awareness, and providing context through our various interventions. We are currently running our flagship QShala offline and online programs for children across schools in PAN India and for children across the globe respectively. Apart from this, we conduct quizzes for colleges and a range of corporates.
