Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time role for an HR Clerk at Primo Chemicals Limited located in Chandigarh. The HR Clerk is responsible for performing administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, processing employment verifications, responding to employee inquiries, attendance and leave management and assisting with HR-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 0-2 years of experience as an HR Clerk or related HR administrative role
Knowledge of working in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Preferred candidate profile - Any Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc)
Postgraduates/MBA not eligible
