Role & responsibilities
Support the recruitment process: End to End Recruitment by posting job advertisements on job boards
Process applications: Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
Conduct new hire orientation: Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees and introduce them to company policies.
Handle pre-employment tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing background checks and collecting necessary documentation from new hires

Freshers with HR Internship.
Graduate with BMS,BBA, B Com

Technical Skills: Should have experience of working as a Sr. Fit Technician. hould be well versed with washes and pattern making. Working Knowledge of SPEC sheet and Technical sheet of the Product. Should be Well versed with the coral Draw and adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator , MS Office. Knowledge of Proto and SizeSet and PreProduction sampling process.
Soft Skills: He / She must be a team player. Must have strong analytical and insighting skills wih an eye for detail. Understanding of competitive landscapes - propositions, pricing, strategy. Ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams, managing complexity and to get work done. Should be willing to travel within city and across cities as and when required.
