JOB DETAILS              
Recruitment and Selection: a) Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle across all work levels for sourcing the best talent & to help in easy and cost effective sourcing through Internal Database, Job Portal, Head Hunting, Campus recruitment, References, Networking Sites, etc; for the SBU as per hiring plans and targets. b) Conducting preliminary interviews and screening candidates at all levels; ensuring that the candidates satisfy the qualifiers for the requirements. c) Competitor analysis of various positions as per industry trends & thus benchmarking the right talent accordingly. d) Evaluate skill level; manage the entire offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and managing offer acceptance/declines. e) On-Boarding & Induction f) Preparing Monthly Dashboard of talent acquisition: Attrition analysis, TAT and Average cost per Hire. 3P Work force Management Engage with 3P on all matters related to workforce management like recruitment, grievance management, compliance and statutory audits Learning and Development a) Responsible for executing the entire training planned, needs assessment, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training. b) Facilitate in the assistance of maintaining relevancy and updating competency and talent maps (functional and behavioral). Management Information System a) Responsible for HR Analytics Prepare standard monthly reports, exit analysis, recruitment performance review and all reports required for management review, TBEM related information b) Maintain Employee Data in SAP HR, service files, DMS Employee Engagement a) Execution of the R&R mechanism to encourage positive work environment and engagement b) Adhere to planned engagement activities and execute the same Others a) Support Business HR Head in all people related projects b) Engage with functional heads and regional managers to ensure all employee needs are addressed.
