Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
Handling overall Search, Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding.
Assigning mandates to the right search partners.
Ensuring that roles are hired and onboarded as per business criticality and agreed turnaround time.
Co-ordinating with various Business Leaders for their Talent requirement.
To work on Job Offers, Fitments. Complete all On-boarding documents and manage HRMS. Issue of Letters.
Performing Internal transfers of employees.
Responsible for managing Employee Personal files.
Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Manage employees’ grievances
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
