- Excellent knowledge of HR concepts & learning and development tools and technique
- Knowledge and expertise in training and instructional methods
- Responsible for effective time bound execution and delivery of L & D programmes in HO and Showrooms as per the TNI..
- Measuring the training effectiveness with regular reviews / feedback sharing with respective HODs in sync with company profitability and incorporate the same in training.
- Ensuring administrative assistance during the respective training programs with the retail/non retail.
- Prepare Learning Index to evaluate learning of the trainees.
Support Manager L & D in gathering feedback and incorporate it into training modules also content development wherever needed.
- Assist Manager L & D in finalization on the list of training programs to be conducted annually.
- Responsible for maintenance and updation of training MIS regularly and sharing the same with the seniors.
- Preparation and provision of product artwork for marketing and ensure that the artworks reaches the publication on time.
- Providing training, education, and technical assistance to the sales staff and customers
