The purpose of this role is to provide operations support for Cluster Compensation and Benefits structures, policies and practices ensuring data accuracy, data sufficiency and timely completion of critical tasks
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Data accuracy:
Ensure that colleagues compensation data in Workday is aligned to C&B structure
Monthly Payroll audit: ensure Workday and ADP is aligned
Data corrections: work with Local operations and HRSC teams for accuracy of data
Benefits reconciliation between local finance/ workday and vendor data
Leave management system – reconciliation and audit responses
Smooth execution of merit cycle – eligibility checks for GPP, Merit and LTI
Identify anomalies in large programs or analyses, continue to investigate, and bring proposals for solutions to appropriate parties
Data sufficiency and timely completion of critical tasks:
Salary & Benefits benchmarking: support survey submission process
Prepare severance packages for all the entities
Single point of accountability for Global team for LTI queries
Monitor and administer organization’s benefits programs namely: insurance policy renewal process, leave management, annual health checkup, children scholarship and long service recognition
Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers
Resolves first level employee questions and escalations by interpreting benefit policies and procedures
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance for statutory requirements
C&B focal for PHIPL colleagues for validation of offers within global guidance and job evaluations upto J060
Own relationship between Workday, Internal Audit, select Finance partners and the Compensation team
Create and maintain process documentation for all C&B policies and processes and provide training to HR colleagues where required
Develop and maintain a repository of compensation checks/models/metrics on BOX for smooth delivery of annual compensation and benefits projects
Perform ad hoc project and program analysis as needed
Collaborate with teams virtually cross Cluster and location
Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, HR or Humanities
3 to 5 years in HR C&B and /or HR, preferably within the Pharma industry or HR consulting firm
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to keep, maintain and protect highly confidential information
Expert Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, functions, pivot tables) with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of commonly used HR concepts, practices and procedures
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review and analyze data to ensure accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
