The HRBP should keen to participate in designing and delivering longer-term strategic employee relations and retention. He / She should create and drive processes that can improve the HR experience for the business /operations team. Have zeal to thrive on working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment to provide real-time support to the Business team.
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the business team to lead employee relations initiatives such as Learning and Development, Succession planning, Talent development, performance management and organizational design.
• Review and analyse business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience.
• Establishing effective communication to bring transparency in employee and Employer relationship.
• Partner with business/operations teams to continuously improve employee relations, grievance handling & attrition management.
• Provide proactive support and solutions to complex Employee Relations matters
Skill required :
• Proven prior experience 3 to 6 years
• MBA or any other managerial educations.
• Influence and coach all levels of the organization on cultivating our culture
