Job Title - HR & Talent Acquisition Manager
Location - Pune (Hybrid)
Position - Full Time
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job postings, sourcing strategies, reducing the No-show ratio, adhering to the assigned quarterly targets and employer branding initiatives.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate the pre joining and onboarding process for new hires, including engagement with candidates till the date of joining, conducting orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Process employee data changes, such as promotions, transfers, deputation terminations etc.
Generate HR reports and analyze recruitment and other HR metrics. Support data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR review meetings.
Support employees on the last working day with smooth exit. Connect with respective departments to complete the process.
Plan and execute the new initiatives for employee engagement activities.
Address employee relations issues and concerns and queries related to employee policies, Heath Insurance, HRMS support, Meal cards or any other query.
Support in monthly data and report creation for payroll, Meal card vendor, ID card creation, Insurance, etc.
Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
Birthday & Work Anniversary wishes, new joiner welcome emails, Engagement activity announcements.
Requirements
Experience
Must have done hiring for Salesforce skill and have end-to-end hiring experience. Should be able to understand and overcome the hiring challenges as per the market trend.
Minimum 5+ years of Recruiting & HR Generalist experience with IT Product based companies.
Must have worked on HRMS like ZOHO, ADP, Workday, Salesforce, GreytHR
