Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Hiring Needs
Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Job Posting & Promotion
– Create and publish job openings on various platforms like Naukri & LinkedIn.
Talent Sourcing
– Actively search for candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screening & Shortlisting
– Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination
– Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
Candidate Engagement
– Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure a good experience and reduce dropouts.
Offer Rollout & Onboarding Support
– Assist in releasing offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
Database Management
– Maintain an updated talent pipeline and recruitment reports for future reference.
