Delhi, Delhi 5+ years experience We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven out of the box thinking HR & People Analytics Manager to have a substantial business impact in support of Element's strategically-focused global teams. This role will support our internal teams across all regional markets. The role promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; directing staff and managing company compliance over all offices. The HR Manager works with other members of the HR Department and employees to manage and advise both the company on both strategic and functional human resource objectives this role will have a strong responsability upon People Analytics development and best practices within the organization. We're looking for someone who can analyse data and report it as well as doing recommendations on it. Create dashboards and support back up projects proposals with data, predict through data and provide support by driving HR strategy with numbers. Essential Functions • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans in APAC region. • Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. • Manage, extract and analyze employees' data. Develop and present advance reports about global workforce • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with local employment laws • Develops and maintains HRIS that meets top management information needs. • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends. • Supports Recruiting efforts, interviews, pre-employment testing and supports Hiring Managers for open positions • Supports new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Coordinates Safety Committee meetings and acts as Safety Manager. • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews. • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Employee Data Maintenance and Quality Control • Maintain, upload, review and audit all employee data in Elements' HRIS as aligned with global data privacy requirements, labor laws and standard confidentiality practices. • Conduct key quality control and review processes for all human resources functions including payroll, employee on-boarding, and separation. • Build monthly and quarterly reports to analyze and present to the management in order to make data-driven decisions. Employee Onboarding & Separation • Work in collaboration with hiring managers in all aspects of the employment offer/onboarding process including employment contracts/offer letter development, onboarding document review and key data collection through our HRIS. • Enroll employees into benefits, food voucher programs, pensions, social security, and other country-based agencies to ensure a seamless onboarding process for employees. • Facilitate all employee separation processes as required for. Skills and Qualifications • Combined HR Analytics and Generalist experience. Solid knowledge in People Analytics management and reporting. • Advanced experience with human resources metrics and Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Excellent consultative, project management and analytical skills • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively (both verbal and written) to all stakeholder levels • Creative thinker, excellent business acumen with a bias-to-action and demonstrated abilities to successfully solve problems • Extremely well-organized with a strong attention to detail; ability to take initiative and manage time and priorities proficiently • Strong commitment to perform and produce at the highest level of quality at all times • Drive to continuously learn and keep current with employment laws and requirements Education and Experience • BA/BS degree qualified • MBA in Human Resources • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources This position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
