Reporting Time 9.30am
WEEKLY OFFS:
2nd and 4th Saturday of every Month.
All Sundays of Every Month.(Occasional weekends may be required to attend company Events and Exhibitions).
12 Paid Offs 1st Year (Sick Leave & Casual Leave), only after the Probation Period (after 6-Months).
24 Paid Offs 2nd year onwards.

Responsibilities and Duties
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.
Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Work closely with the CEO and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
CRITERIA:
Leadership Quality
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
Conflict Management, People Oriented and Results Driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law & HR Practices
Decision-Making ability with responsibility.
People Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good Knowledge experience in MS Power Point Presentaion, Excel & Word.
