Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn the ropes of talent acquisition and recruitment
2. Learn to use software and tools to manage employees
3. Find good resumes and try to hire those candidates
4. Work on training and skill development
You will learn how to become a hiring ninja. In today's world where the biggest companies need a tech team, you will learn how to find and retain talent. Your value as an HR person goes up as you become better at reading people, and getting them to follow you.About the Internship (Operations- 3 Requirements):
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on-call monitoring
2. Following up with PAN India outlets
3. Maintaining the Excel sheets
4. Assessing employees performance of all the outlets
5. Identifying and addressing potential customer interaction issues
