Urgently looking for Hospital HR& Administration Executive for Healthcare Industry for Borivali Location
We are looking for an experienced Hospital HR &Administration Executive to run our Healthcare/Hospital projects.
Responsibilities
· Specialist in Medical manpower recruitment
· Good in Vendor hunt and shortlisting negotiations finalization of the same
· Supervise daily administrative operations
· Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
· Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
· Prepare work schedules
· Maintain organized medical and employee records
· Monitor administrative staff’s performance
· Train new employees
· Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
· Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
· Create quarterly and annual budgets
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Hospital Administration , Medical Office Manager or similar role
· Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
· Basic accounting skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to supervise and train team members
· Problem-solving attitude
· · Vendor Management
· · HR compliance and policy adherence would be preferable
· · Grievance handling
· · Strategy for smooth functioning of operational staff.
Note: 1. Candidate should have experience in Recruitment, Administration , Operations & Vendor Management
2. Candidate should ready to travel as per requirement
