JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring timely and effective recruitment.
4. Facilitating orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
5. Planning and conducting induction programs to introduce new employees to the company's mission, values, and structure.
6. Coordinating and tracking employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
7. Managing the on boarding documentation process, including collecting and processing new hire paperwork.
8. Coordinating with IT to set up workstations for new employees, including computer setup, email configuration, and access to necessary tools.
9. Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
10. Familiarity with ESSL systems and other HR software.
11. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
12. Oversee PF processes, including employee contributions, employer contributions, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with external agencies for PF-related matters and resolve employee queries.
13. Administer and manage the company's mediclaim policies. Assist employees with mediclaim-related inquiries and claims processing.
14. Administer and maintain HR software systems for efficient data management.
15. Coordinate with service providers for plan renewals, upgrades, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of mobile devices and associated plans.
16. Oversee company email accounts, ensuring proper organization and categorization. Collaborate with IT to implement email security measures and stay updated on best practices.
17. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of company assets.
18. Manage insurance policies for company vehicles and coordinate with insurance providers.
19. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
