1. Handling Office Administration
2. Coordinate with Travel Agent for booking Flights for Foreign Delegates as well as Office Staff
3. Employee Engagement Activities
4. Maintaining Files of Important Documents
5. Vendor Management and Looking after AMC
6. Maintaining Employee Safety and Hazards in the organisation
7. Preparing Various MIS Report
8. Assisting Recruitment Team for conducting Recruitment and Assist team for searching Resume
9. Assist Payroll time at the time of Payroll ( From 1st to 7th of every month )
10. Preparing Fixed Asset Report. If needed must go for site visit for physical verification of Fixed Asset.
11. Other Routine HR work.
