JOB DETAILS
Responsible for overall HR & Administration.
Identify, design and implement strategic HR initiatives, as and when required
HR functions (Recruitments, File Maintenance, Leave Records, Attendance and Movement register maintenance)
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date.
Ensure that staffs are aware of the policies and procedures as per hand book and able to operate them effectively.
Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
Vehicle Maintenance (Eg. Tax, Insurance, Fuel & Service, Repairs and maintenance, upkeep of records).
Drivers allotment and supervision.
Building and Equipments maintenance (Eg. Tax, Insurance & repairs, AMC, preventive maintenance etc.)
Computer maintenance (Hardware/Software/Email/Web management)
Logistics for travel of functionaries, dealing with travel agents in booking air/train/bus tickets
Purchases (Consumables, vehicles, computer software, building materials & electrical equipments)
Disposal/ sale of old and junk office materials, consumables, assets including vehicles as per norms
Public Relations - Guest service
Legal matters
Supervise House Keeping and Office Assistant staff & Regional Office – HR & Admin
Maintain inventory and Fixed Assets register (co ordination with Accounts Department)
Other duties assigned by superiors or management from time to time
Provide orientation & Induction to new employees
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, offer letter, issue of contracts KYS, bank and PF forms etc.
Supports in project related activities as and when needed etc

German Leprosy Relief Association Rehabilitation Fund [GLRA RF] is a society registered in Tamil Nadu, with registration number 273 of 1977 as per the society’s registration act XXI of 1860. The fund was established by the parent organization, German Leprosy & TB Relief Association [GLRA], with an objective to rehabilitate and redeem the dignity and esteem of leprosy affected persons, who were detected and treated by GLRA &supported project partners. Though the organization is registered separately and is an independent legal entity, for all practical purposes, the GLRA RF serves as a department of GLRA India, focusing on Rehabilitation of Leprosy / TB affected persons. Since 2012, GLRARF broadened the scope of work by including involvement in the rehabilitation of persons affected all types of disability and renewed the registration under section 52 of persons with disabilities Act 1995 with the proceedings No: 3142/ST2/2015.
