Job Responsibilities
Candidate Selection: Publishing job openings on portals, shortlisting candidates, taking preliminary telephonic interviews, scheduling personal interviews (Civil and IT domain). This is the most important role for this job
Induction & Training: Coordinating with managers to arrange 1 week induction program for all new hires.
Payroll: Tracking the attendance, processing salaries
Performance Management : Setting up procedures for tracking performance management
Admin: Tasks of Purchase and Marketing functions + Estate Management
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Gauging candidate competency via telephonic / personal interviews
Competent in softwares such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, etc
Meticulous at tasks
Ability to handle teams
