Full job description
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment : Sourcing entry level and Mid supervisory level candidates from Job Portals, Campus placements, Skill Development academies and Employee referrals.
2. Onboarding and Induction training of new joinees in compliance with all statutory guidelines.
3. Employee attendance and Leave management.
4. Management and automation of all HR Process and KRA documentation under ERP Information Systems
5. Performance reviews with Operational Heads, Ownership of Quarterly & Annual Appraisal process and documentation.
6. Organizing annual Reward & Recognition program -Identifying training needs, Facilitating Talent development & Leadership recommendations for vertical roles.
7. Processing employee payroll and administering employee compensation and benefits as per compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Organizing weekly Employee Engagement activities to foster a positive culture of collaboration and teamwork.
9. Client Audit documentation and readiness.
10. Registration of Apprenticeship and portal management/ documentation.
11. Promoting company’s HR philosophy of ‘hire to retire’, Managing employee development cycle & Exit interviews.
12. Conduct in-depth analysis of Attrition trends, Create and maintain attrition dashboards and reports for regular review.
13. Ownership and implementation of POSH policy, Reviewing company’s HR Policies
14. Administrative duties including Estate Management
