Roles & Responsibilities:
HRBP to the Management team
Working closely with the VP and MD in execution of the company’s strategic goals / vision.
Handling the complete Employee Lifecycle Management (Recruitment – Onboarding - Development (training) and Performance Management - Separation)
Preparation of Job Descriptions
Recruitment – ensuring positions are closed within stipulated timelines.
Payroll Management
HR Database and maintaining Employee records.
Implementation of Policies, processes and SOPs
Implementation of KRA / KPI Setting for all employees
Handling and resolving Employee grievance and Employee Engagement Activities
Facilitating the Performance Management System (Appraisal process – Pre and Post).
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Training Needs Analysis and its implementation
Statutory compliance – knowledge of various regulatory processes.
Responsible for Manpower Planning, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
Managing the overall Administration – Pan India Level.
