JOB DETAILS
The person will be deputed in our site in Midnapore, which is a 500 acre tourism project. The job role would be to maintain strong admin control of the site which includes handling employee issues, ensure their work management, maintenence of the property campus, ensure safety and security of the premises, liaison of local authorities, liaison with local public service bodies, handle local issues, handle critical issues, regular reporting to head office, prepare mis reports and submitting on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis. The person will be provided fooding and comfortable lodging facilities on premises. Apply with updated CV. Prior experience in a similar role in large factories, estates, properties will be preferred. The person has to stay on site and periodical holidays will be entertained, but primary duty would be to ensure full control of the property in hr and admin.
