ensuringThe roles and responsibilities of an HR Admin Executive include:
1. Managing employee records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
2. Payroll management: Processing employee salaries, tracking attendance and leave, and making sure all benefits (such as insurance and pension) are calculated and paid.
3. Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
4. Company Management and marketing on a personal basis
5. Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, maintaining positive relationships with employees, and providing general support to employees as needed.
6. Training and development: Coordinating employee training programs and keeping track of employee development plans.
7. Performance management: Monitoring employee performance, maintaining performance records, and helping managers develop performance improvement plans.
8. HR administration: Assisting with various HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, drafting employee communications, and maintaining HR databases.
