Recruitment
- Handling End to End recruitment process.
- Understanding the requirement received from dept heads based on requirement sourcing candidate through Naukri.com, Referrals, internal database and recruitment consultant .
- Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on received dept heads requirements.
- Involved managers in re-sorting & screening the resumes.
- Closely working with Managers for scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Negotiating & Convincing candidates to accept the offer made and make them join as soon as possible
- Preparing daily recruitment tracker.
On Boarding & Exit Formalities.
- Document collection and verification & intimation to the HO team with excel
- Assigning a buddy, Biometric access introduction with team and Dept heads
- Creation of mail ID & Ecode
- Get it done no due clearance, Exit & PF form LWD of all resigned employee.
Admin Activities
- Stationery, Housekeeping material and other Purchase part handling.
- Repairs. Chairs.AC, Furniture, Washroom, telephone, electricity and other maintenance work handling.
- Handling Housekeeping & Security employees and tracking day to day functions tracking.
- Guest accommodation and Travel ticket booking.
- Arranging monthly bills from vendor and following up with HO finance team for payment.
