Preparing Office Expense sheet on weekly basis.
Vendor management: - Placement of order for a product or service, price negotiation, delivery deadline
Maintaining files and records.
Monitoring, maintaining or purchase of office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
Statutory compliances, laisioning, bills.
Handling complete office maintenance related work like lights/ac/electronics repairs
Making travel arrangements like ticket issuing from vendors, visa application, hotel reservations, forex requirements, car bookings etc from vendors or through OTA.
Drafting letters and scheduling meetings.
Maintaining Car MIS reports (Insurance, Servicing/ Repairing & Fuelling)
Courier management for inward and outward documents.
Attending Board line calls.
Managing office boys and housekeeping staff
