JOB DETAILS
HR and Admin Executive Typical duties include:
1. recruiting new staff including interviews, joining formalities, issuance of offer & appointment letters
2. managing pensions and benefits administration and statutory compliances
3. Defining job descriptions
4. organising staff training
5. monitoring staff performance and attendance
6. advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
7. Create and provide reports to senior managers.
8.Maintains and updates files, records, and databases soft copies for quick and easy search of all depts.
9. Housekeeping, Safety & Facility Management.
10. Creation of biometrics, and identity cards.
11.Manage and keep track on laptops, computers, and other equipment provided to employees.
12. Printing of business cards, nameplates, identity cards, etc.
13. General administrative tasks such as verification of stationery, petty cash, courier, pest control, housekeeping equipment, etc.
14. Supervision of service personnel and statutory compliances.
15. Resolve maintenance issues such as phone lines, electricity, internet connections, security monitoring, etc.
16. Book travel tickets and hotel accommodations for employees and guests.
17. Draft, Update and communicate corporate policies and procedures as necessary.
18. Operating and Managing HR software.
19. Manage leave, absence, medical requirement for the staff.
