Job description
Role & responsibilities
Manage all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and exit procedures.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters.
Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment, training, and other HR services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and externally.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive HR initiatives forward
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of GMC, GPA, Mediclaim, Insurance, Claim Settlement, Vendor Management, Office Administration, Travel Management, Medical, Group Insurance, Administration, Event Management, and Medical Insurance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho People.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
