AdwebTech is hiring HR & Admin Executive for handling HR and Admin for their HO in Mumbai.
Candidate will be responsible for handling HR & Admin related tasks which will include but not limited to the following job responsibilities:
Talent acquisition in a cost effective manner from various channels of sourcing within the defined timeline.
Build a database for future vacancies.
To handle end to end recruitment activities (conducting interviews, administer tests, roll out, offer etc).
Completing joining formalities for new joinees.
Ensuring smooth onboarding of new joinees including induction and team introduction.
Handling employee queries and working towards resolution of employee grievances.
Assisting HR division for all the HR related tasks e.g. Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Payroll & Statutory Compliance, Employees welfare & other employee grievances related tasks etc.
Executing Employee Engagement activities on the floor.
Preparing various MIS reports as and when required.
Routine office admin work related to staff requirements.
Knowledge and operating of Zoho People would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with HR specialization desired.
2-4 years of working experience in private corporate
Good communication skills written and verbal
Strong networking skills to leverage sourcing.
Exposure of volume hiring & Pan India hiring.
Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective manner.
Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within a defined timeline.
Dynamic, enthusiastic and positive thinking
