Proper resource allocation [PPE's,Uniforms,Id Cards,Gate Pass etc. to every employee according to the requirement & regular feedback regarding the same.
Implementation of Attendance monitoring system ,leave administration, and processing attendance data for monthly salary processing through BioMetrics Attendance System
Supervising Admin activities in the organization and maintenance of office premises.
Material distribution and allocation Procuring & maintaining office equipment and disbursing stationery.
Staffing & Shift Scheduling - Keeping record of Employee Movements.
Implementing FM policies, and SOP for brand.
Maintain database of candidates as per WH future requirements.
Statutory Compliances : Maintain monthly manpower utilization summary, analyze attrition rate, manpower cost data, brief presentation report on timely compliance etc.
Maintain and provide Customer required data on manpower and other aspects.
To check statutory compliances (monthly PF, PT, ESI challan, half year return, LWF, renewal of labour license etc.) by the contractor as per standard compliance checklist. Under contract labour act
Safety : Responsible for Health, Safety, Welfare. Everyone should treat the casual with respect.
Assuring Fire and Safety Measures in Office Premises
Maintain all safety documented Records and registers for all HR process executed
