Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain human resources records by recording new hires.·
Provides job candidates by screening, data tracking, maintaining personnel records, interviews, exit interviews.·
Orients new employees by providing orientation information, reviewing company policies, and leave policies.·
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.·
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.·
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, Pc and laptops and other fixed assets etc.·
Assist in special events of company activities etc.·
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience in the relevant profile
- Should be proficient with MS office
