Role & responsibilities
Recruitment:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
2. Adherence to TACT
3. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
5. Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
6. Conduct initial induction presentation and factory tour, Implement Buddy concept
Payroll:
1. Review Master in HRIS Portal especially HRM Thread
2. Process attendance correction arrears
3. Ensure timely payment of ESIC PF and PT Challans as per statutory date
4. Follow up with Consultant for Statutory grievances
Reward and Recognition
1. Process PMS reviews and collect data from Functional Heads
2. Creating KRA and KPI Coordinate training sessions for employee enhancement.
3. Conduct Skill Matrix Analysis
4. Implement R&R announcement
Training and Career Enhancement
1. As per Skill Matrix ratings, arrange internal and external trainings
2. Record Training Feedback and implement improvements suggestions
EXIT and Separation
1. Update Resignation/Retirement/Termination in HRM Thread
2. Complete EXIT Handing Process on the last day of employee
3. Prepare FNF Settlement document
4. Prepare Letters
5. Give Reference Check to the employees
Preferred candidate profile
1. Understanding of Human Resources Policies and Procedures
2. Experience working in a manufacturing company
3. Detail oriented with ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed change
4. Work experience in fast paced organization
5. Experience with HR databases (e.g., HRMS System especially HRM Thread)
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
