Understand ASIS process for each of the modules in Success Factor.
Design the recommended end to end process on Success Factor and help document the same for the following modules
Employee Central
Performance Management and Goal Management
Onboarding
Compensation
Learning
Recruitment
Succession Planning and Development
Collaborate with key stakeholders in our organization to map and optimize HR core processes.
Develop and plan the data migration process
Help plan the weaning off current HRMS software looking at all the risks
Develop Global Analytics framework and implement the analytics providing strategic input for HR success measure and HR interventions
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with external consultants, internal stakeholders during implementation/changes of the required technology platforms
Work closely with functional teams to identify key data requirements, standardize data management and develop key data templates required by different stakeholders
Support HR Data Management
Act as a technical expert and guide the administrator of HRIS systems
Work with Global HRIT on SAP and Success Factors related support, mass uploads and data quality checks.
Ensures the organization structure, profiles and roles are set up correctly within Success Factor; requires regular interaction with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to understand the organization.
Support in the implementations, perform testing and maintain documentation, for all the modules.
Identify opportunities for improvement in HRIT areas and propose alternative solutions where applicable.
Work with HR Operations and Project leads to support internal and external audits, GXP related to HRIS systems, user compliance and data access.
Develop guidelines for entry into the HRIS system and support Data Management and HR to ensure accuracy and increase efficiency. Implement audit control steps to ensure data integrity and compliance with establish standards.
Establish various validations and rules and workflows basis the defined processes
Support, recommend and develop HR end users and data management with reports and tools as appropriate.
Help coordinate rollout of global standards in the region.
Determine processes/procedures for input of data and ensures data integrity. Participates in the conversion, testing, setup, specs and testing of HR technology systems.
Researches and corrects data discrepancies, ensures data integrity and quality of data output.
Ensures required analytics data is available as standard and on demand requirements.
