As part of our Colleague Services team you will be focused on the delivery of the day-to-day activities of the country as part of the APAC Service Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to build HR experience with a global organisation.
What will you do:
Deliver first line support for all HR queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle from new hires to employees leaving the business - including:
All employee related administration for HR processes
Onboarding of new hires - Orientation and query resolution
Running the exit process in adherence to the SOPs to ensure a hassle free experience within the stipulated TAT for full and final completion
Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies online
Handling workflows in HRIS - Workday
Query management through the Service Now platform
Support knowledge sharing and query resolution through live chats
Deliver HR support in line with local employment legislation
Support local HR Generalist group with ad-hoc requests
Benefits enrolment, initiate payments and processing
Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data and documentation according to the respective data protection requirements
Who are we looking for:
3-5 years previous experience in HR Operations
Graduate in any field
Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures
Ability to communicate and deliver excellent customer care via email and query resolution model is essential
Process improvement skills
Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Possess good listening skills and patience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Individual should have high energy with the ability to coordinate/prioritise workload at the same time multitasking
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
