Full job description
1. Record Maintenance:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR records, including employee personal details,
employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect any changes in employee information or
organizational structure.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to address any discrepancies or errors in the data and
ensure data integrity.
2. MIS Development:
- Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to organize and present HR
data effectively.
- Design and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics such
as staffing levels, turnover rates, and training effectiveness.
- Streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable
data-driven decision-making within the HR department.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate periodic reports and ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives and
decision-making processes.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings to HR
leadership and other stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize HR processes and improve
organizational performance.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs and tailor
MIS solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR data systems and ensure data
consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex data findings
and facilitate informed decision-making.
